  • 1 slice whole grain toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 egg cooked the way you like it
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste


  • Remove half an avocado from its shell. Lightly mash it with the lime juice and salt.
  • Spread the avocado mash over the toast and top with a tomato and egg. Sprinkle with some salt, pepper, and paprika.
